About
Gravestone Girl is written and drawn by Phil Davis in Austin, Texas.
— Creator
Phil Davis
Phil Davis is an Austin, Texas artist, musician and game designer. He’s spent two decades writing songs in punk and rock bands and a career making art and systems for games. Gravestone Girl is where those lines cross.
He writes and draws the series himself and publishes it under his imprint, BOMBpop13. The music is structural, the character designs are built like systems, and every panel has to earn its place.
Ink debts: EC Comics, Mike Mignola, Jaime Hernandez, Bernie Wrightson, Charles Burns. Soundtrack debts: Throbbing Gristle, Psychic TV, CRASS, Conflict.
